Create your own confetti balloons with this pack! The pack contains six 12" clear latex balloons, and one pack of gold paper confetti and a funnel to help get the confetti inside the balloons.
Please carefully seperate all the confetti before putting it into the balloons and then use some static material to rub around the balloon after inflation to make the confetti stick to the outside.
Do not use hi-float with these balloons.
